Good Karma of the Capital Region is a non-profit, volunteer-based charity organization committed to improving the lives of children through education and nutrition.

We are a registered 501(c)3 in New York State and we organize an annual 5K Walk/Run for runners of all ages and abilities. Recreational walkers are also welcome and encouraged to participate in our annual 5K.
