Good Karma of the Capital Region is a non-profit, volunteer-based charity organization committed to improving the lives of children through education and nutrition.

We are a registered 501(c)3 in New York State and we organize an annual 5K Walk/Run for runners of all ages and abilities. Recreational walkers are also welcome and encouraged to participate in our annual 5K.

Please mark your calendars for the 12th edition of the annual Good Karma 5K Run & Walk on Saturday, 20th June 2026 9:00 AM at the Shen High School track. Registration is open. 

 All net proceeds from the Good Karma 5K Run/Walk benefit AIM for Seva and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY.
