PURPOSE
Good Karma of the Capital Region Inc is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.
The Good Karma of the Capital Region Inc. is formed for the charitable purpose of supporting and supplementing the educational and vocational needs of underprivileged children and families through grants and sponsorships. The corporation will have the power to raise funds, solicit contributions and conduct other fundraising activities.
